Kashi Rameshwaram Yatra is an important pilgrimage site for the followers of Hinduism. Rameshwaram is one of the sacred cities of south India.

Book Purohit / Priest for Kashi Rameshwaram Yatra & Pitru Rituals. All the Pooja Samagri will be brought by Purohit. All the Purohits are well experienced and studied from Vedic Pathshala.

KASHI RAMESHWARAM YATRA ITINERARY:

Day 01: Arrival at Rameshwaram 

• Pick you up from Madurai Airport/Railway station.
• Take a Cab to Rameshwaram.
• Our representative will meet you at Rameshwaram and help you to Check-in the hotel.
• Overnight stay in Rameshwaram.

Day 02: Rituals at Rameshwaram 

• Visit Ramanathaswamy Temple.
• Take bath in the holy Agni Theertham there and take a Sankalpam at the start of the pooja.
• Perform Srardham for our ancestors and offer Pindams.
• Perform Samudhra & Theertha Snana.
• Collect sand from the seashore in three big scoops and they are named Sethu Madhava, Veni Madhava, and Bindhu Madhava respectively.
• Sethu Madhava & Bindhu Madhava are dissolved in the sea.
• Veni Madhava is collected in a cloth bag to be taken to Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj.
• Temple Darshan at nearby temples
• Check out from the hotel and proceed to Madurai for an Overnight stay.

Day 03: Madurai – Varanasi

• Drop you at Madurai Airport to board the Varanasi flight.
• Upon your arrival at Varanasi, our representative will meet you at the Airport and help you to Check-in the hotel at Varanasi.
• In the Evening, Ganga Aarti Darshan.
• Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 04: Rituals at Prayagraj

• Reach Prayagraj in the morning and start at Triveni Sangam (the confluence of the 3 rivers, namely Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati).
• Here, Veni Madhava collected from Rameshwaram is dissolved in the Sangam.
• Perform Srardham to appease our ancestors.
• Collect water from Triveni Sangam in small copper vessels.
• One vessel is preserved for Abhishekam at Rameshwaram.
• Return to Varanasi for an overnight stay.

Day 05: Rituals at Varanasi

• In the Morning, take Prayaschitha Sankalpa Snanam
• Perform Theertha Srardham and Poorva Anga Tarpanam
• Pinda Pradanam rituals (For Kashi Tirth) will be done
• Perform Dampathi Pooja for the Couple
• Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06: Rituals at Gaya

• Travel to Gaya in the morning.
• Pinda Pradanam Pooja at 3 places.
• Visit Phalguni Tirtha and Darshan of Vishnu Padha Temple & Akshay Vata Vriksha Tirth Temple to perform offerings to our forefathers.
• Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site – Bodh Gaya, Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, and Great Buddha Statue.
• Return to Varanasi for an overnight stay.

Day 07: Sight-seeing at Varanasi & Return to Rameshwaram

• Sightseeing to Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Sankat Mochan, Vishalakshi Temple, Kaal Bhairav Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Durga Mandir, Tridev Temple, and New Vishwanath Temple (B.H.U)
• Check out from the hotel and proceed to Varanasi Airport to reach Madurai.
• Take a Cab to Rameshwaram.
• Check-in to hotel for Overnight stay at Rameshwaram.

Day 08: Rudrabhishekam at Rameshwaram

• Perform Ganga Jal Abhishekam to Sri Ramanatha Swamy with the water collected from Triveni Sangam and Kashi.
• Local sightseeing in Rameshwaram.
• Check out the hotel and proceed to reach your destination OR drop you at Madurai Airport.

Note: Samaradhanai pooja will be done with Rameshwaram Theertham and Triveni Sangam Theertham at your home to conclude Kashi-Rameshwaram Yatra.
