Rudrabhishekam Pooja is performed for Shiva devaru in Rudra form. Rudra Suktham is chanted while doing abhishekam to the Shiva linga. Performing Rudrabhishekam one can please Shiva devaru, also known as Bholenath as he is a merciful god who gets pleased easily by devotee’s faith and dedication.

In this pooja, abhishekam of Shiva lingam is done with panchamritam and water. Worshipping of all the eleven forms of Rudra is done. After the avahanam and sthapana, Laghu-nyasam is recited followed by Rudra Trishati.

When to Perform Rudrabhishekam Pooja?

Date can be fixed as per one’s janma nakshatra or birth star. Mondays, Shravan, karthika months are best to perform Rudrabhishekam.

    • Poojas are typically performed for 1 to 3+ hours at the same time it also depends on the package selected for the Pooja.
  3. When will I get the Prasad for my Pooja if I select Vedic Pooja Center since I'm abroad?
    • You will receive the Prasad for your Pooja within 14 working days after the Pooja has been performed (Subject to the country and the customs department of that particular country).
